If a team has been getting draft picks that always end up in the top 5 and it's happened to them five years in a row, something must be wrong because they should be contending more in the Eastern Conference.
The isles also had Milbury running their team in the early 2000s who pretty much ****ed them out of any quality prospects longterm. -Connolly, Chara, Spezza, Luongo +DiPietro

They're building off pretty much nothing. Mid 2000 Isles were a collection of journeymen and DP. Its similar to the Leafs of right now.
