JayP- I have to agree with ColePens and Unaffiliated.

People are always asking what else can I add to my workouts, when they should be making sure they are not working too much. As has been said get enough rest, and don't work too much.

And I am big time anti supplements. If you're eating the right foods (and eating real food) you shouldn't need them.
