With GB on the road, I think you can bank on them killing the clock with the run if they get up by a few TD's. The Rams aren't a push-over anymore though so it depends if you think they are going to run away with this one or not. I would start Green.
For me: RB2 play, Deep league and I have injuries and bye weeks to deal with.

Powell looked good last week but Minny has a tough run D. Dwyer has a better matchup, but he hasn't seen game time in a while.
