Unless the team with the 1st overall, has McKinnon and Jones ranked 1A
and 1B on their draft board, I doubt the pick would be dealt.
The team holding 1st overall, may be willing to drop down 1 spot if they feel the talent drop off is not big and they get something significant back, but
I doubt they move a generational talent, for several less talented players and lower picks.
