Hmm. Ok. I thought that was changed last season. There was, and rightfully so, a big debate about it. I think it is ridiculous to count a goal towards the goalie in a shootout. Both goalies can concede several goals but the unfortunate one that concedes the game winner gets his stats messed up.

The same can of course be said about a player that scores a couple goals during a shootout but does not get the game winner. Another player scores once, gets the game winner, and is rewarded with a goal in his personal stats.

Shootout should not count towards personal stats, only rewarding the winning team an extra point. That is my view on it.
