Bingo. And Walsh ( a Fehr clone )doesn't want the sheep to know what's really going on, therefore he's crying foul. Honestly, I think the players not being filled in completely about that bogus 3rd proposal should have been enough to say, "Hey, why didn't he tell us that before we went acting like fools on twitter? Is he being totally honest with us?"
