Jumping in late on the OP.

GWG would be a good indicator of "clutch". look at the all time list. you won't find many names on it that I wouldn't think of as clutch players. or what about non tracked statistics like the Kill goal. 5 mins or less, puts the team up 4-2 or 2-1. Those are clutch. I think of Glen Anderson. He was always the guy tieing the game in the third, He was always the guy who scored that next Killer goal. coincidentaly he is like
20th overall on GWG stats.
