Well, that was the old CBA, and IINM the Isles TV deal or market was too good for them to get anything in the first place (the new proposals wouldn't punish them in that way, so who knows what capacity limits would be like as well).

Yeah, I get that. It may be that the deal is sweet enough for Wang to say "**** it, we're moving now," figuring that he might not even own the team anymore by the time the capacity becomes a serious limitation. At the very least I guess this is the only realistic option for them if they want to avoid outright relocation.
