The other option is to simply ask me. I'll coach one team, Capn can take another, and we'll auction the remaining two spots for charity.
I definitely like the idea of some sort of fan interaction, such as auctioning a couple roster spots for fans--the Ducks did that in their pre-season charity game. Heck, let's be honest--they should do that in the real ASG.

I'd want it to be a weekend event just like the ASG, and in addition to helping charity I'd want to help the businesses in the Arena District by holding some player autograph sessions down in the District at the various bars and restaurants the night before the game. The businesses down there could really use some help with no games to boost sales numbers.
