for me it does not matter how long it lasts for. The bottom line is how the new cba looks. If the rumored penalties are correct--that will dictate the value. IF there is no penalty that helps vancouver big time, if the penalty falls to the team that has Luongo when(we can see the year he retires) does retire, that will hurt the value
