I'll give you all those, except Kane who was cut originally and then brought back as an emergency fill in for a player who was injured... his name escapes me now, but I think it was the Tampa Bay player... I'll have to check into it.. getting old losing my memory.. There was a time I could recall everything about a WJC going all the way back to 86.
