I think Holland may get a shot before Leblanc, if the shot comes in 30-40 games.
Leblanc is ahead of Holland. Leblanc's hockey sense is much better along with his defensive game which is also better. You can argue their offensive play but for me Leblanc is at least a year ahead of Holland in every area. If anything, Gallagher could get in before Holland because of his tenacity and ability to play up and down the line up.
