Your weekly EPL schedule looks like this:

SATURDAY:
8:45 AM ET (one game)
11:00 AM ET (most games)
1:30 PT ET (one game)

SUNDAY:
8:30 AM ET (one game)
11 AM ET (one game)

MONDAY:
3 PM ET (one game)

Towards the end of the season, they do two games a week:
SATURDAY
8:45 AM ET (one game)
11:00 AM ET (most games)
1:30 PT ET (one game)

WEDNESDAY
10 AM ET (one game)
12:30 PT ET (most games)
2:45 PT ET (one game)


So, as you can see, NBC can just move their NHL broadcasts to 3:30 pm ET on Saturday afternoon, and 1 pm on Sunday afternoons and have zero conflicts.
