I find being second in scoring on a top 5 team in the country while being the best dman in your league more impressive then solid numbers on a mediocre team. Not to mention the fact that Ouellet proved last year he could do it consistently and that he was capable of shutting down Yakupov in the summer series.
Blainville-Boisbriand isn't a mediocre team, but I totally agree with your point
