Minor thing, but in this case the Jets 2nd pick would be 61st, 3rd would be 62nd and Hawks 3rd would be 91st. Since the 59th in an additional second thrown into the draft, therefore bumping all subsequent picks. And that's assuming all CHL/Europe 2011 1st round picks are signed (I do not know if they are).

And again, assuming the CBA does not change for this. I know one of the NHL offers DID have a change in length of time you hold onto prospects drafted out of Europe, so they are talking at least somewhat about draft pick rights/compensation.
