Exactly.. Most people suggesting Markham over Hamilton must not be familiar with the Golden Horseshoe. Hamilton will draw heavily from Niagara, Brantford, Guelph, and KWL and is still "closer" for Oakville and parts of Mississauga residents than Markham.
It is a far bigger market. Also, you have a better chance of converting Leafs fans the farther away from the city of Toronto you get..
