Greater than Delvecchio too, who was an excellent player for a long time and a career Wing, but who never led the league in goals, assists, or points. In fact, he never even led his team in points, even after Gordie left.

Sawchuk is the guy here.
Plante was Sawchuk's equal if not better.

I went Fedorov, but it was very close for me between Fedorov and Sawchuk. I just can't overlook how dominant Sergei was; especially his NHL-record four straight 20-point playoffs. Even Gretzky didn't achieve that one.
