1. Yes, GameStop preorder bonus
2. I ordered online (cause I was too lazy to walk 20 minutes), and it was delivery only
3. Most importantly, I'm glad I'm getting it shipped. It should arrive within the next two hours. Most business in NY are still closed though, so I couldn't have gone to GameStop
