Just watched Argo today. Very good film, extremely well executed (who knew Affleck had that much talent?). But if this is the frontrunner for Best Picture, it's a very weak year.

It's not as corny as Crash, but it might have the same fate of winning based on hype, and then easily forgettable in the near future.

I'm really hoping Kathryn Bigelow has another gem with Zero Dark Thirty. I don't care of musicals, so I probably won't even watch Les Mis.
