Not sure how I feel about having Schroeder as a 3C either. We want to be tougher to play against in our bottom 6, yet we place Jordan Schroeder there? Unless Schroeder can beat out Kesler for the 2C role, or become a winger, I see Schroeder more as trade bait as the years wear on.

I think that 3rd line would be sheltered, and Kesler's line would be more of the shutdown line while trying to provide offense as well, and quite frankly, I think that's asking quite a bit out of Kesler, even though he is capable of doing so.

I want a 3C that is gritty, has offensive ability, and can shutdown opposition as well. This way, we wouldn't have two scoring lines, a shutdown line again as it clearly didn't work when we acquired Pahlsson.
