Couldn't agree more.
I'm not sure how long our accounts have showed the bogus info. I logged in late afternoon Friday and saw it. Sent the email to my rep around 5pm. I figured I wouldn't get a quick reply back since it was a Friday and he likely wouldn't respond to emails till Monday morning.
I'm sure I wasn't the only STH to call or email their respective rep. There is absolutely no reason a generic email from fan relations couldn't have gone out by now explaining what is going on.
Their overall customer service hasn't been horrible. But their handling of accounting and numbers has been. As always, communication is everything. But you have to address a issue as soon as it arrises. Not wait till you get hundreds or thousands of complaints.
