The biggest problem here is that there isn't a minute munching dominant dman on both ends of the ice. Yes, that's asking a lot but having a weber type, then Edler, Bieksa Hamhuis.... It wouldn't even matter about the bottom pairing. (sopel is a Stanley Cup champion for example).

I'd say that it's a priority in this draft. BPA is a strategy no doubt, but some emphasis needs to be put on drafting D men before the later rounds.

In no way am I, or do I consider myself an expert. Just my opinion based on our last drafting errors.
