Only in an relocation, in my opinion. I don't see how the NHL turns down the massive expansion fee that a second Southern Ontario team would bring in.
Of course, that would be contingent on an NHL-ready building and owner. With the Markham arena starting to fall through and Copps needing an extensive renovation, those conditions may not be met.
