Creatine mixed in 100% grape juice works well but i havent done that in a couple years.
In Juniors we used to get boxes and boxes of a "marathon runner" gel supplement called GU and it worked well. Take one 15 minutes before and it should last for a beer league game. We used to take one between each period. Come in all types of flavors, i like vanilla
