Your point? Russia shouldn't build new arenas? Rinks should be a priority? How is this even connected?
I have read that Fetisov said the plan is to build another 300 rinks.Found it strange that only 6 rinks have been built the last year according to IIHF.Well, I want Russia to build more rinks to be competetive.Simple as that
