In Washington and Colorado it is legal to possess up to one ounce, it is not legal to use in public. That to me is reasonable.
I believe it to be reasonable that if someone wants to purchase marijuana and use it in their home they should be able to do so.
Lets all remember you're not supposed to drink in public either.

Look at it this way, the war on drugs has failed. Prohibition is an exercise in failure. It doesn't work.
The government could not only be saving
this money here, but they could make more money hand over fist with marijuana legalized.
