Buy: I know Shero likes Disco and the Disco philosophy of team building, however all coaches get the axe when it becomes obvious they can't adapt / continue losing at key times. If Shero allows him to stay, he's endangering his own job IMO when otherwise he'd be safe from losing it by hiring another coach. Whether he promotes from within again I have no idea. A more interesting question is, if Disco goes, will his entire crew (Granato, etc) go too? |
