No, but the question then becomes should a knockdown and near finish count for more than some (inconsequential) punches, knees and leg kicks. IMO it should. A guy would have to absolutely dominate a round, and then be knocked down at the end, in order for me to score it in his favor. I can understand a 10-10 there, but that's a 10-9 Nedkov if I'm scoring. Nedkov did far more damage with that one punch than Silva did with the additional shots he threw. If I hit you with 100 strikes but none really phase you, and you hit me with two, dropping me twice, and the round ends, that just can't be my round.
