Fair enough. He would probably improve those two things (balance, faceoffs) faster/better by staying in the OHL this year, but I don't feel that at this stage they are far enough behind to hold him back- if he performs admirably in camp/tryout etc. But i agree they are not likely to improve much over the course of a season in the pros.
