All other things being equal... yes... but... did you read about Beasley ordering funds shuffled around from other pots to maintain the general fund? Glendale's financial situation is worse than originally thought. In other words, COG is going to have to do major cutbacks EVEN IF THE COYOTES GO AWAY AND THERE'S NO AMF.
