Holland was a solid acquisition but Bournival should be ahead of him imo. I like no BS (low maintenance) players with an insanely high compete level: Bournival, Gallagher, Plekanec, Eller, Leblanc, Gorges, Dumont...

Side note: Gauthier had his flaws (a very rigid and vertical management philosophy was definitely one of them) but the 7 picks in the 2012 and 2013 first two rounds are a great legacy.
Holland doesn't have a compete level as high as some of our prospects, but I don't hear any problems with his attitude or compete.

And I would wait 4-5 years before I would call those 7 picks in the 2012 and 2013 first 2 rounds "a great legacy" that Gauthier made.
