I hear you. She needs evidence of her injuries with this being DR's reports, photos, and substantiated medical statements on how she could be impacted. Without that she doesn't have much of a case I imagine. If its frivolous this will be shown. In instances that are I wouldn't mind a userpay legal system for obvious attempts to appropriate the legal system for spurious gains.
