It's extremely rare for 3.5-star guys to hit the high-80s, but it does happen. I'm not really sure 99 OVR is possible as the highest I've seen is 98 (Crosby somehow got there). Actually, anything over 89 is pretty damn rare.
Kristofer Berglund (Not sure what his stars are, but I think it's 3... He hit 87 overall for me. Although he might be 3.5, if so I apologize aha
