I was simply saying, if you were to omit Perry's one mindblowing season, his resume is actually a lot weaker then Gaborik's (from an individual scoring basis).
A weaker resume doesn't make him a worse player. I'd agree he doesn't have as good a resume actually, but I still think Perry is a superior player.
