His hustle/leadership/veteraness is obviously what led the Yankees to the playoffs. It doesn't matter that Ibanez is a platoon DH whose bat is just okay.
EDIT: Holy mother of god, Austin Jackson didn't even receive a single vote from anybody. Obviously not as good as Ibanez/Weiters/Jim Johnson/Soriano.
