that's only true if the lengths of the sticks are the same(and obviously within the same product line). there has always been a 3" difference between warrior sr. and int. sticks even back when their stock sr. lengths were 60". now the stock lengths are 63" and 60". when you cut down that sr. stick to the int. length, it will make the stick feel roughly a flex stiffer than the stated flex.
