Are there any shoe repair shops in your area? If so, see if they can do anything with it. We have one here and they've done great things with my skates. I had a pair of Missions a few years back and the back of the boot actually started to tear (the guard that rises up the back to protect your achilles was tearing off the boot) and they were able to fix them up better than new. Mission did replace the skates but it took a while for the new ones to be shipped in so I had to make do with what I had for a while.

If not, and they aren't under warranty or anything, you could try an epoxy glue, silicone, or PL construction adhesive. I rebult a goalie stick blade with PL adhesive and it hasn't even chipped yet.
