But even setting that aside for a moment, the NHLPA still refuses to discuss any proposal which contains salary linkage. Wrapping it up with a nice little bow won't change the fact that the NHLPA refuses to consider any deal with linkage and the league refuses to consider any deal without it.

As for relocation, haven't we covered that enough times? Relocation of the Coyotes would make the issue worse, not better.
would this be true with a proper system in place tho?
