Top prospect: Morgan Rielly
Realistic potential: top pairing offensive dman, elite in terms of offence, skating, puck moving, and hockey IQ, with acceptable defence
Point production in prime: pace of 50-60 points per 82 games

I consider all of this to be optimistic, but still decently realistic. It's an "if he pans out well" type scenario, but not going so far as "if he pans out perfectly." If you want to be pessimistic, going with an "if he pans out somewhat poorly" type scenario, then we'd be looking at more of a John-Michael Liles type career (40-50 pts/82 games with excellent skating/puck moving, but prone to getting physically dominated, with well below average defence). As long as he stays healthy I can't see him being too much worse than Liles, he's just too talented.

Becomes JM Liles = meh, a bit disappointing, but still a solid NHLer
Becomes Christian Ehrhoff = panned out decently well
Becomes Erik Karlsson, minus the crazy elite shot = panned out great, pretty much hit his max upside
