On a side note: for people who are not wealthy athletes, Canada is the clear choice because of health care. I love the weather in California and Arizona but, having someone in my family get sick shouldn't cost me significant money. All of my American friends lament the health care system and that is the one thing that keeps me in Canada. I simply couldn't afford to get a serious disease in the US. If the USA had Canadian-style healthcare, I would likely live in Phoenix right now.
If you're a Canadian citizen and you are granted a work visa in the US there is about a 99% chance that you're job will have quality healthcare attached to it. Looking Latino would be a better reason not to live in Arizona.
