It's going to change under Bergevin's staff, that will be one of the priorities along with being in great shape and adding muscle weight. Most of the prospects have good work ethics, but some things need hands on training to be effective. While on the basics the skills Max Domi has are exemplary and he can do things on the backhand similar to the stars in the 60's and 70's,like Dave Keon and Jean Beliveau could.Kids should be taught these skills so that they are second nature to them by the time they reach their teens, players are so much better prepared in this generation and will only improve.Galchenyuk has all of these skills and more,he will be a great Captain in a few years.
