Yes, that is an interesting, thoughtful, creative proposal that seems very fair. I would be 100% lauding the PA for that one.... iiiiiiif it wasn't completely meaningless.

1) does not apply against existing deals
2) only applies on deals that are 9 years or longer
3) proposed term of the CBA is 5 years

Anyone else see the problem?

Seriously, do they even have competent business people or even simply diligent attorneys review this **** before they hand it over to the other side?
