He could still hit when he retired. Aaron and Cobb are also good comparisons to Howe. Especially the rough way Cobb played. Howe was immensely respected though. Cobb was hated til the day he died.
Is Hank Aaron considered an all-around talent, though? I don't honestly know much about him other than the home run record.
