I don't think that's the case at all. I think Andy knows he's gone.
But there's no reason to fire him right now, right? Who takes over? Marty? To what end? You can't reach out to any of the likely replacements rights now, because most of them are employed by other clubs.
Besides, we're more likely to lose out with Reid at the helm.
