Opponents don't really impact AHL attendance much at all. So honestly, I don't think that has anything to do with it. It's a Friday night game during the holidays, it draws a big crowd every year. And Binghamton isn't much of a rival anymore. That ship sailed when the Rangers left there.

And I could also understand if there was an event at FNC Saturday, but there doesn't appear to be. I just think it's a lack of regard for STH's in Rochester.
