Hmmm, RCR appear to be on a downward slide.
Season 9: 108pts - 1st
Season 10: 102pts - 1st
Season 11: 101pts - 1st
Season 12: 97pts - 3rd
Two trains of though:
1) My guys are getting older and everyone is catching up.
2) Leagues are getting more competitive due to the better teams settling into the top leagues.
Either way, I'm going all-in for promotion to I.1 and from there will have to decide how to proceed. If I fail to promote I'll fire-sale and re-build buying a bunch of rookies.
