I just think the problems are the fact that this team is YOUNG. They are going to have growing pains. The other problem; look att he defensive roster, more "offensive" minded players than defensive. Hamonic cannot carry this team on his back. Someone has to help out defensively. Wishart has been and always be terrible. Donovan is the only one here that has the potential to be Hamonic's "wing man" and help out with the defensive
Everytime I've watched Bridgeport, he was paired with Wishart and covered his ass frequently. de Haan's skating and poise kept defenders contained and moved the puck up ice very efficiently (sp). His game is not flashy nor does he put up points, but he is certainly a good defenseman. He showed that with his one game call-up.
