Decertification is next. The season's gone. And maybe the next one too. (And so are any pensions, etc........ I wonder what that means for past and retired players?)

Decertification doesn't automatically terminate pension obligations. If my memory is correct, pensions earned to that point are not affected, but the employer can cease contributing into the plan once decertification happens. (Although I also think that pension contributions stopped when the lockout started, but I'm not sure on that part.)
