1992 is a scary good year. Those 4 first names could all end up being absolute world class players and both Neymar and El Shaarawy look like they could be the ones to succeed Messi and Ronaldo as the best players in the world.
To counter the guys calling for Pogba to be rated higher in the 93 list, it's a list of "offensive weapons", while Pogba has looked absolutely spectacular for his age so far with Juve he's probably going to be a complete box-to-box type midfielder rather than a pure offensive force. I could see the two young Spanish strikers he rated ahead of him having more of an offensive impact in their career.
