If you take my roster vs what Mckenzie is saying: (I'm basically saying the same thing with my icetime predictions)
Mckenzie
Huberdeau - RNH - Scheifele
Hudon - Strome - Rattie
My roster by icetime
Huberdeau - RNH - Rattie
Hudon - Strome - Wilson
We agree on 5 players and we agree on the spot in contention (1 RW spot)
Considerations:
- I don't see Hudon and Strome as the 2nd best offensive threat with PP time, so I don't consider them top 6, rather bottom 6 with top 6 time(vs the best players on the other side)
- That's where I think Mckenzie logic is faulty. Rattie with Huddon and Strome is NOT the right combination since Rattie needs space and opportunities. Your best sniper need the best player beside him and that is RNH. I could see Rattie with Drouin and Mack but, that would be defensively bad.
I could easily see the roster like this as well:
JCL - RNH - Rattie
Hudon-Strome-Scheifele
Drouin - Mack - Huberdeau
? - Jenner - Wilson
